The Risk Management and Patient
Safety Institute (RM&PSI), a
national leader in clinical risk
management practices and patient
safety programs for health care
institutions and providers, today
announced a three-year license
partnership with Salus Global Corporation to
market Salus’s MOREOB patient safety and performance
improvement program to U.S.
hospitals and health care systems.
Under the agreement, which was
effective January 1, 2009, RM&PSI
becomes the only group other than
Salus to market the program in the
United States.

entered a licensing
agreement to market its
health management and
patient safety program in
the U.S.
About 160 Canadian
hospitals use Salus Global
Corp.'s obstetrics tracking
and training program and a
Michigan institute believes
there's a need for it in the
U.S., Michael Vezina of
Salus said.
"They approached us and
the result is a partnership
agreement," said Vezina,
Salus's chief operating
officer.
AMPROOB Launches in Québec
Ottawa, Ontario, Canada - February 21, 2008
Salus Global Corporation and its founding partners the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC) and the Healthcare Insurance Reciprocal of Canada (HIROC) are pleased to join with the Quebec Ministry of Health and Social Services in announcing the implementation of the AMPROOB Program. The program will be made available to all hospitals providing obstetrical services in Quebec.
